That’s really good advice. Weight loss boils down to eating less food or burning off excess calories. I found taking about half a teaspoon of cinnamon on toast, in milk or cereal really helps curb my appetite. I am just learning about ayurveda and picked up that useful cinanmon tip.

i saw a Dr. Oz video on garcinia cambogia on myjavita.com/dietjava. he called it the “holy grail of weight loss”. he explains how it works. i’m really excited about this. has anyone else tried this?

I haven’t tried the Garcinia Cambogia, but this does work: WEIGHT LOSS HOME REMEDY Drink 1 C of water boiled with 1 tbsp of honey & 1 tsp of cinnamon powder on an empty stomach one-half hour before breakfast in the morning and 1/2 hr before bed. It can reduce the weight of obese person, when taken regularly. Drinking this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body, even if the person eats a high calorie diet.
